Job Description


The candidate for this position will conduct formal and informal training while maintaining and/or creating training materials. The candidate must possess the ability to work in a team, both as a member and a leader. The candidate must have a working knowledge of the banking industry (including, but not limited to FDIC, IRAs, and banking regulations) and to be able to communicate to employees in a classroom setting.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent). A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or teaching is preferred. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, plus basic computer and ten key skills. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years retail banking experience or 2 years in a training related field (or management). The ability to work flexible and/or late hours as well as occasional travel.
