RETAIL MARKET SALES OFFICER

The candidate for this position will be tasked with developing outside business by making sales calls and promoting Bank products and projects.  The candidate will sell both retail and consumer loan products and be responsible for implementing and maintaining a strategic marketing plan for branch growth and business development.  Additional responsibilities include demonstrating and promoting community involvement, as well as problem-solving through a multitude of retail banking situations. 

Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of 5 years sales experience, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in customer service.  The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.  EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
