Job Description

RETAIL BRANCH TRAINER

The candidate for this position will conduct formal and informal training, will maintain and/or create training materials, possess the ability to coach employees and to work as team, both as a member and a leader.  The candidate is responsible for marketing Fidelity products in order to provide information for the customer and increase profitability for Fidelity.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, strong verbal and written communication skills, cash handling experience and basic computer and ten key skills.  The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years retail banking experience, 2 years customer service experience, 6 months new account experience and 2 years of sales experience.  The ability to work flexible and/or late hours (which will include occasional travel for up to five days) required.  EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
