Job Description


The candidate for this position will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, answering incoming calls in a timely manner and providing customer service to internal and external customers. The candidate will also be responsible for ordering the office supplies, distributing the mail, and overseeing the company vehicle assignments and logs.  The candidate may have other tasks including assisting with planning and organizing special projects, daily administration of specific reports and policies, and providing assistance to other departments as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, basic computer and spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Prior receptionist and administrative or clerical experience is preferred.  Flexible and/or late hours are required. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
