QUALITY CONTROL AND LOAN PROCESSING MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for managing, leading, and organizing the documentation process for commercial and consumer lending in order to ensure efficiency throughout the department. Tasks include, but are not limited to Laser Pro documentation of new loans, quality control, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The candidate will continually review and adjust processes to optimize efficiency, customer experience and controls. Other tasks include process mapping and streamlining, and ensuring that the team is fully trained and skilled on systems for quality and control. The candidate will work closely with loan officers and loan assistants to ensure a smooth and timely process for the Bank’s customers.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with Laser Pro or loan documentation system, administrative and supervisory experience; a minimum of five years in a lending related field, advanced verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Etc.)
