Job Description


The candidate for this position will work to provide high-quality network and voice technologies to support the business of Fidelity Bank. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting the LAN/WAN by working closely with our vendors and partners, proactive monitoring of the systems through alerts, logs and dashboard to identify trends and avoid outages, to be innovative in planning and implementing ideas that enhance the overall quality of services provided, as well as supporting work orders and requests.

Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree in an IT or business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience or technical training), previous experience with LAN/WAN technologies, previous experience with wireless technologies, previous experience with Cisco communications technologies, previous experience with network security and compliance, and the ability to provide outstanding internal and external customer support. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and maintain documentation and diagrams and work in a team environment.
