Job Description


The candidate will be responsible for processing incoming insurance mail and payments to insurance companies to avoid policy cancellations. The candidate will answer customer inquiries and research issues while updating customer accounts and service systems.  The candidate will monitor accounts that are associated with the Lender Placed Insurance Policy.  The candidate will communicate with insurance companies to obtain policy renewal to ensure payments are remitted in a timely manner.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Two years of loan servicing experience required. Insurance experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as basic computer and 10 key skills required. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
