Job Description


The candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting customers with the servicing of their mortgage loan while working in a call center environment. Other tasks include gathering loan information for customers (including insurance/tax inquiries, loss draft information, and payment issues), preparing mortgage release documentation as assigned, and assisting with the finalization of payoff documents.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), one to two years of customer service experience, basic computer skills, and good written and verbal communication skills. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
