KC CONSTRUCTION LOAN ADMINISTRATOR

The candidate for this position will be responsible for managing a moderate to high volume portfolio of active construction loans and loan closings of moderate complexity. The candidate will be responsible for all due diligence leading up to loan closing, including review of supporting documentation, to ensure the Bank’s ability to perfect liens and the coordination of loan closing. The candidate will review credit approval conditions and supporting documents to determine documentation requirements, entities ability to enter into loan agreements and pledge collateral and authorized signers. The candidate will work with third party vendors to obtain necessary documentation as well as with loan officers and customers to gather required information. Other tasks include preparing closing documents, reviewing and disbursing construction loan draws, managing credit files, ensuring collateral is perfected and clearing post funding tickler items.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a bachelor’s degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), basic computer and spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
