HR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The candidate for this position will be responsible for the maintenance, scanning and organization of all documentation to employee files to ensure all it is current and compliant, will assist in the onboarding of new employees, will maintain HR inventories and will provide support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma or equivalent, accuracy and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to provide consistent exceptional customer service and the ability to manage more than one project at a time. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required. A minimum of one year’s experience in Human Resources is preferred. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
