FMC LEASING AGENT

The candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager with the marketing and management of the property. The candidate will oversee the operations of the property, showing of properties to potential tenants, accurately completing lease paperwork, collection of rent, and marketing monthly communication to tenants.


Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, marketing and administrative experience, and supervisor experience required.
