Job Description

ASSISSTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for leasing operations of a FMC community and assisting the Community Manager with all community operations. The candidate will complete administrative tasks, property paperwork, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.  The candidate will need to courteously handle resident requests and complaints as well as implement leasing and marketing strategies.  The candidate will need to inspect turned and vacant units to ensure readiness per FMC standards.  The candidate will be responsible for organizing resident retention functions and newsletters.  This position will require the candidate to lift, pull, carry or hoist objects weighing 10 lbs. or more and climb stairs.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2+ year(s) of management and/or apartment leasing experience, excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
