Job Description

FACILITIES TECH III

The candidate for this position will provide facilities support for Kansas and Oklahoma locations. The candidate will have extensive communication with internal customers and vendors, in addition to maintaining the general appearance of all company facilities. The candidate will manage daily work orders, schedule and perform equipment moves, assist the IT department in equipment troubleshooting as well as providing back up for the responsibilities of the Facilities department. The candidate will provide on-call schedule coverage for after-hours and tenant emergencies.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field preferred. Strong communication and computer skills required. Two years of maintenance experience and IT equipment experience preferred. A valid Kansas driver’s license required with no restrictions. The ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. required. The ability to work late, be on-call and/or flexible hours is required. Occasional overnight, air and/or road travel is required. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
