CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

The candidate for this position must oversee the daily customer service operations of a retail branch.  The candidate must possess strong customer service skills and expertise in new accounts and consumer lending, as well as proven ability to manage and motivate a branch.

Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of 2 years sales experience, and a minimum of 5 years experience working in customer service.  The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.  EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
