Job Description


The candidate for this position will be the first point of contact for many of our internal and external customers and will be responsible for assisting consumer loan servicing by providing problem solving support to the department and maintaining vendor management records. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and contacting borrowers who are delinquent on real estate taxes while documenting all communication. Other tasks include, processing PMI claims, and monthly billings, preparing reports, conducting loan research and completing special projects as assigned within the time deadlines given.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong verbal and written communication skills, an attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
