CONSUMER LENDING SALES MANAGER

The candidate for this position will oversee and assist in the marketing of consumer loan products to accomplish sales objectives in the market. The candidate will work with branch management, staff and call center employees to implement consumer loan goals as well as assist in business development activities. Tasks include building new business relationships in the community, processing loan applications and soliciting business. The candidate will maintain policies and procedures, monitor pre-approvals while providing technical assistance in the loan process. The candidate will provide direction and support to the branch management, staff and call center employees by identifying training needs and coaching to enhance consumer product awareness.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field (waived in lieu of experience), minimum of five years working with the public/customers as well as five years of experience with consumer lending sales required. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Organizational and supervisory proficiency skills required. Travel within the Wichita market required.
