COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LENDING MANAGER

The candidate will service an existing portfolio of commercial loans and communicate with commercial loan customers, as well as provide direction and support to the Wichita Commercial Lending staff, including establishing goals, coaching and reviewing performance.  This position is directly responsible for the Wichita department’s profitability and credit quality.  The candidate for this position will be responsible for new business development in the department to ensure that company growth goals are met and will supervise the origination process for all commercial business loans in the Wichita market.


Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, in addition to a minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices as well as five years of management/supervisory experience required. Secondary banking courses preferred.  The candidate must also have a working knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statements.  The ability to work flexible and/or late hours required.
