ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The candidate for this position will serve in support of the Corporate Secretary and Executive Administration. The candidate will be the administrator of the Bank’s wireless device plans, coordinate special projects for the area, manage department car and meeting reservations and oversee room set up. The candidate will be responsible for check requests for multiple entities, providing support for Director Access users (web portal for electronic meeting materials) as well as general administrative support. Other tasks include maintaining the Fidelity Bank Foundation and executive expense accounts, responding to visitors and phone communications as well as serve as back up for the Corporate Secretary.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a strong proficiency in data entry (Word, Excel and Acrobat programs), excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Minimum two years Executive Administrative Assistant experience preferred. Minimum two years in a financial services industry preferred.  The ability to work late and/or flexible hours required. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
